  • If the product arrives damaged due to transit, our team will assess the issue and determine refund eligibility.

  • Gift cards or e-gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Used, altered, or damaged products (unless the damage occurred during transit)

3. Refund Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery via:
  2. Provide proof of purchase and an unboxing video as supporting evidence.
  3. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  4. Securely repack the item(s) in original packaging and include proof of purchase.
  5. Ship the item(s) using the provided label.
